What is included with a dedicated-camera bundle?+

The current bundles include the selected number of EE cameras, matching cables and GPOD Studio tripods, one year of Studio software, and personalized onboarding. A PoE switch is not included.

How many cameras should I choose?+

One camera supports 3D capture. Sportsbox recommends at least two cameras for face-on and down-the-line views. Three cameras add both right and left face-on coverage for a broader range of golfers.

Can I start with an iPhone?+

Yes. The iPhone Integration supports iPhone 12 or later and connects over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, making it the most flexible and portable entry option.

What computer does Studio require?+

Dedicated Sportsbox Studio is compatible with Windows 10 and 11 and requires a sufficiently powerful CPU, NVIDIA graphics, RAM, and storage. Check the current compatibility list before purchasing.

Is the software subscription per location?+

Sportsbox states that Studio software subscriptions renew annually and apply to one bay.
